We are dedicated to solving the next generation of warfare with lethal systems that deter kinetic conflict and protect global security.\nThe Role\nYou will build, maintain, and communicate accurate Gannt charts to ensure critical lead times and delivery schedules are understood by hardware, propellant, and test engineers. You will work across several projects at once, typically rocket motor development, component test campaigns, prototype hardware, and related R&D efforts, and keep leadership and technical leads aligned on status, critical path, requirements flow, and risks. \nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain detailed Gantt charts and in Smart Sheet (or equivalent) for multiple small-to-medium complexity aerospace programs running in parallel\nTranslate statements of work, technical plans, and team inputs into work breakdown structures, task logic, durations, resource loading, and milestones, linking predecessors and successors to understand critical paths\nUpdate information regularly based on actual progress, change requests, hardware availability; identify critical path and schedule risks\nProduce clear schedule reports, look-ahead views, and variance analysis for project leads, engineering managers, and program reviews\nCoordinate with engineers, technicians, procurement, and test operations to keep task dependencies, lead times, and constraints current\nSupport baseline establishment, schedule health checks, and what-if analysis when scope or resources change\nMaintain schedule version control and documentation consistent with company and customer requirements\nParticipate in project kickoffs, status meetings, and after-action reviews; flag schedule impacts early\nOther duties as assigned in a fast-paced R&D and production environment\nRequired Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n3-7 years of project scheduling concurrent projects of small-to-medium complexity without losing fidelity on any one of them\nDemonstrated proficiency building and maintaining Gantt charts and logic-driven schedules. Smartsheet and Microsoft Project strongly preferred; Primavera P6 experience a plus\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects small-to-medium complexity without losing fidelity on any of them\nStrong understanding of work breakdown structures, critical path method, float, resource leveling, and baseline management\nClear written and verbal communication skills; able to explain schedule status and impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nU.S. citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance\nValid driver's license\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience supporting rocket propulsion, energetics, or aerospace hardware programs (design - fabrication - test)\nFamiliarity with AS9100 or similar quality systems and government contracting envirnments\nPMP, CAPM, or scheduling-specific certification\nExperience with Excel-based schedule analysis and simple dashboards.
