As the primary user of the Robocraftsman cells, the Manufacturing Engineer will identify limitations, recommend improvements to hardware and software teams, and test upgrades. using internal CAM tools.\nDevelop and release manufacturing procedures for production teams.\nOversee and take ownership of Robocraftsman cells, acting as the primary user.\nDrive continuous improvement and reduce waste through lean manufacturing principles.\nCollaborate with the Product Team to identify cell limitations and recommend improvements.\nTest and validate hardware and software upgrades to ensure smooth integration into production.\nPartner with the Robotic Process Engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize cell performance.\nWork closely with Production Technicians to ensure timely and accurate production of parts.\nMaintain detailed records of changes, improvements, and tests related to Robocraftsman cells.\nProvide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on new processes, tools, and systems.\nWhat We're Looking For\nB.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n2 years of manufacturing experience in production-heavy environments.\nHands-on experience designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes to stay lean and efficient.\nStrong ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and mechanical engineers.\nProficiency with CAD, CAM software, and CNC programming.\nBackground in job shops or manufacturers with forming, machining, or sheet metal capabilities.\nFamiliarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) software.\nStrong technical writing, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to travel up to 20% of the time.\nBonus Points For\nExperience in a manufacturing engineer role at an ISO9001/AS9100 certified facility.\nPractical experience in a machine shop with a focus on quality standards.\nKnowledge of GD&T and precision assessment principles.\nExperience in lean, safety, and compliance activities.\nExperience authoring/revising technical documents, including quality procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.\nProficiency in surface modeling using
