You will play a key role in defining how we deploy, secure, monitor, and manage systems across multiple environments, enabling reliable and scalable operations for our robotics and manufacturing systems.\nThis is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead infrastructure strategy, streamline development workflows, and partner closely with software engineers to deliver highly reliable systems. You will be hands-on from day one and help shape the DevOps function as the company grows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and manage Azure-based cloud infrastructure, including Azure Government environments.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.\nDevelop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.\nManage and maintain Linux-based systems and services across development and production environments.\nSupport containerized deployments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nManage secrets, certificates, and authentication across services and environments.\nImplement system observability including logging, monitoring, alerting, and tracing.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and help define operational best practices.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment speed, reliability, and system performance.\nRequired Background & Experience:\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.\nDeep experience working with Linux-based environments.\nProven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).\nHands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.\nExperience deploying and managing containerized applications (Docker and/or Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with Python and/or JavaScript to support automation, tooling, or platform integration.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage complex cloud infrastructure.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting infrastructure for robotics, hardware, or real-time systems.\nFamiliarity with Azure Government or regulated cloud environments.\nExperience with HashiCorp tooling such as Vault or Consul.\nExperience optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and cost.\n*This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this role.
