You'll own the full product lifecycle - vision, design, engineering execution, operations, and client outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the product end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, go-to-market, and financial performance\nDefine and drive the product vision for an AI-native platform, transforming the workflows at the core of how the product delivers value\nTranslate customer needs and market opportunities into requirements for Design, Engineering, and Data Science\nPartner with operations teams to ensure product-market fit and operational viability at scale\nWork closely with Design to create impactful interfaces and workflows that drive user productivity and client outcomes\nOwn product analytics, KPIs, and continuous improvement - relentlessly measuring and optimizing for accuracy, efficiency, and business impact\nDrive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success\nDevelop deep domain and platform expertise - and estimate technical complexity to make smart trade-offs\nWhat You Bring\nExtensive Product Management experience delivering complex software products in AI/ML, data-intensive, or healthcare domains\nEnd-to-end product ownership mindset - you've owned a product's strategy, execution, and business outcomes, not just the backlog\nTrack record of managing trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term platform bets\nExperience partnering with operations or domain-expert teams to build products that work in the real world\nStrong design partnership skills and UX sensibility\nTechnical depth - comfort with data pipelines, rules engines, and AI/ML systems; prior engineering experience is a plus\nInitiative and ownership - you drive projects from vision to prototype to shipped product\nExcellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and leadership\nWhat We Offer\nWork from anywhere in the US!
