Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)\n80% Read and respond to customers emails and live chats promptly and with proper etiquette.\n10% Review follow-ups to close any open customer issues.\n10% Make outbound phone calls to assist customers with placing new orders, help with existing orders, and troubleshoot issues to come to a fair resolution for both the customer and the company.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nOne year of Customer Service hands-on experience desired\nSpecial Requirements:\nRotating weekend work as required to meet business needs.\nLocation: Onsite required in Auburn, NY\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nMust have strong interpersonal and communication skills\nSelf-motivation, action-oriented, as well as a team player\nMaintain consistent, dependable attendance \nAccess to secure home internet should the need arise for work from home\nEquipment Used:\nComputer, printer, telephone, photocopier, scanner and calculator\nComputer Software: Outlook, Word and Excel\nPhysical and Mental Requirements:\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, lift, crouch, kneel, bend, climb stairs, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.\nExerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.\nClose mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and figures, using a computer terminal, and/or extensive reading.\nMust work for prolong periods of time utilizing a computer keyboard and screen.\nEnvironmental Conditions:\nWork is performed in a typical office
