Strong consultancy mindset with substantial experience in client-facing technical consultant roles - including Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, and Pre-Sales.\nQualification: 7+ years experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer.\nAs a Solutions Architect, you will lead the advertising industry by enabling clients to realize the full potential of Meta's marketing solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with marketing executives at top-tier companies across EMEA on their identity and advertising initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using Meta's suite of cutting-edge advertising platforms. This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world marketing results at Meta scale.\nSolutions Architect:\nAct as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's marketing technology solutions for the marketing organizations at some of the most innovative companies in the world\nDrive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key accounts\nWork closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding of business goals and industry trends\nImplement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues\nCollect customer feedback to translate customer issues into actionable product insights\nUnderstand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale\nBuild relationships with team members and cross functional partners\nInfluence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics\nParticipate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members\nRequirements\nDeep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, with advanced hands-on knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, and access governance\nProven experience leading large-scale, global IAM projects and programs end-to-end\n7+ years in client-facing technical consultant roles - Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant\nStrong consultancy mindset, with the ability to translate client business goals into technical execution plans and advise credibly at both technical and executive levels\nStrong technical background across enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration\nExperience deploying large partner integration projects\nExperience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack\nTechnical Degree or equivalent experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with leading IdP/IDaaS/SSO platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity,ForgeRock, SailPoint)\nFluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian)\nAI literacy -
