The purpose of this position is to complete basic tasks and projects to support Department documentation priorities. The position involves both individual and team-oriented assignments.\nTraining might be required to be completed at one of our other Ontario Sites\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nComplete drawing updates for parts books using DraftSight and SolidWorks with adherence to proper engineering change notice (ECN) processes.\nUpdating existing drawings and models based on after-market kit installation details and feedback.\nAssist more senior designers with engineering changes related to “as built” updates made during kit installations.\nConverting rough sketches and verbal instructions into precise digital representations.\nReviewing drawings to ensure they conform to drawing standards.\nSupport the creation of Product Service Bulletins (PSB) and Maintenance Bulletins (MB) in a clear and effective manner.\nOrganizing and archiving CAD files, project documentation.\nCAD Technician is expected to work in harmony within the Engineering department and the other departments.
