software.\nDevelop, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC machining programs.\nImprove machining processes, cycle times, and manufacturing efficiency.\nSupport new product development and production troubleshooting.\nDevelop engineering drawings, machining setups, and process documentation.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement.\nComplete all necessary documents fully and accurately.\nAdhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.).\nFollow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nExperience and Education\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.\nExperience with CNC programming and CAM software.\nProficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.\nKnowledge of machining processes, GD&T, and tooling design.\nExperience with machined castings and industrial manufacturing.\nCompetencies/ Skills\nStrong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to develop and troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes.\nStrong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nDemonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively to achieve operational
