Provide technical support for ITEC’s Customer Service and Engineering groups.\nThis role is Onsite in Monroe, North Carolina\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop & maintain a proficient level of ITEC product and application knowledge.\nProvide technical training to clients or internal users.\nTrain Application Engineers to ensure they can work independently with customers; engineering groups.\nMonitor and Mentor Application Engineers.\nTrain Sales representative and visit target customers to assist Sale Reps with product approvals.\nAnalyze & interpret customer requirements to help provide accurate quotations & ensure profitable growth.\nCommunication with Channel Partners, MPS sales Channels, ITEC Engineering & Quality Departments.\nSupport industry events and technical conferences as needed.\nGather competitive information to assist Product Management with future product roadmaps.\nAssist Quality with customer issues and concerns.\nCoordinate with internal departments to ensure organization and/or client requirements are met.\nWhat You’ll Need to Excel in This Role\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.\nMinimum 8 years of experience with electric utility or electrical equipment manufacture in the power utility industry.\nExperience in utility metering or relaying applications\nTotal Rewards Offering:\nITEC (a MacLean Power Systems Company) offers a competitive compensation package; including a bonus potential based on company performance and a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
