standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nJob Duties\nSupervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely movement of incoming materials and outgoing shipments.\nVerify incoming materials against purchase orders, vendor invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, and other receiving documentation to ensure accuracy.\nOversee the inspection and documentation of incoming shipments to identify damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect materials.\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Warehouse personnel to resolve receiving discrepancies, damaged materials, and supplier-related issues.\nEnsure received materials are accurately recorded in inventory management systems and properly labeled, stored, or transferred to designated locations.\nVerify outgoing shipments against customer orders, bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.\nOversee the preparation, packaging, labeling, and staging of finished goods and materials for shipment.\nMaintain accurate records of shipping and receiving transactions, including dates, quantities, sources, destinations, and transportation details.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound transportation schedules, carrier pickups, and deliveries to support operational requirements.\nMonitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.\nEvaluate existing shipping and receiving processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.\nMonitor employee performance, establish expectations, and provide coaching and feedback to achieve departmental objectives.\nCoordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and timely deliveries.\nEnsure shipping and receiving documentation, inventory transactions, and system records are completed accurately and maintained appropriately.\nMonitor daily workloads, prioritize activities, and allocate personnel and resources to meet operational demands.\nIdentify and resolve shipping delays, receiving discrepancies, inventory issues, and other operational challenges.\nSupport employee training, development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes as necessary.\nEnsure proper material handling, storage, and movement practices to prevent product damage and maintain workplace safety.\nComplete all necessary documentation fully and accurately.\nAdhere to 5S standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\nEnsure compliance with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nExperience and Education\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, inventory management, transportation documentation, and warehouse operations.\nExperience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.\nDemonstrated ability to lead employees, manage departmental priorities, and support personnel decisions related to hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.\nKnowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality standards, material handling practices, and
