Your leadership style is authentic, you see potential issues and deliver timely solutions so our clients can focus on their core business with the confidence that we have their back.\nWhat are the skills necessary for Branch Manager success?\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nExcellent team builder and visionary leader.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.\nWhat education and/or experience are needed for success?\nBachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred, Associates degree or continuing professional education in HVAC combined with additional relevant experience may be considered.\nAt least 10 years of progressive, professional experience in the design, installation, service and repair of Industrial HVAC Systems at large (250,000 sq. ft.+) customer facilities in the Grand Rapids market.\nAt least 2 years of experience leading or directing the work of HVAC technicians.\nBusiness development, growth strategy, and financial performance management experience including cost estimating and P&L responsibility.\nCurrent Type A HVAC license is desirable; but not required\nEPA 608 certification is a plus.\nBOMA, IFMA and/or ASHRAE association is desirable.\nWhat can you expect in return for your commitment to MacLellan?\nYou can expect a culture where we make each other look great by having each other’s back.
