The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working independently across multiple benefits systems and vendor platforms.\nThis is a temporary contracted position; the successful candidate will be employed by Noor Staffing Group, LLC.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSystems Monitoring & Employee Support\nMonitor UKG benefits interfaces daily to identify and resolve data discrepancies or failed transmissions.\nMonitor the Benefits Mailbox and respond to or route employee inquiries in a timely manner.\nVendor Billing Administration\nReview and process monthly vendor billing statements for accuracy against enrollment data.\nReconcile billing discrepancies with vendors and coordinate timely resolution and payment.\nMaintain organized billing records to support audits and month-end close.\nVendor Eligibility File Uploads\nUpload and reconcile employee eligibility files to Headspace to maintain accurate mental health benefit access.\nUpload and reconcile employee eligibility files to Scripta to support pharmacy benefit optimization services.\nBenefits Project Support\nOpen Enrollment coordination and communication support\nYear End data validation\nCompliance support\nOther ad hoc projects as needed\nWhat You'll Bring:\n3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR support role.\nFamiliarity with HRIS/benefits platforms (e.g., UKG) and vendor eligibility file processes.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks independently.\nComfortable working with online vendor portals and processing file uploads.\nStrong written communication skills for preparing employee-facing letters and correspondence.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data. Reliable and responsive, with the flexibility to work independently on a part-time schedule.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
