You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, translating functional requirements into technical solutions while supporting three integrated platforms that are critical to our vendor management and payment processing.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSystem Administration & Maintenance\nServe as the primary administrator for our P2P technology stack, including Xflow, Concur, and Tipalti platforms\nManage user provisioning, role assignments, and approval authority hierarchies across all platforms, ensuring appropriate access controls and compliance with segregation of duties (SOD) requirements\nMonitor system health, batch processes, and data synchronization between integrated platforms and our SAP core system\nTroubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and integration failures; serve as the first point of contact for escalations and coordinate with software vendors for technical support\nEnsure compliance with company controls and policies by maintaining proper segregation of duties, access controls, and comprehensive audit logs across all P2P systems; support internal and external compliance audits \nSystem Integration & Implementation Support\nSupport technical setup, configuration, and testing for new P2P software applications, module expansions, and platform upgrades\nAssist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including test case development and regression testing\nPartner with Central IT and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure all implementations meet company security standards and data governance protocols\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides\nProcess Optimization & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Procurement leadership to understand business requirements and recommend technical solutions\nSupport the standardization of master data across platforms, including vendor master maintenance, GL coding structures, and cost center alignment\nIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend system configuration enhancements to improve workflow automation and reduce manual intervention\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency\nWhat You'll Bring:\nAssociate's degree or higher preferred\n3-5 years of experience in finance systems administration, ERP support, or related technical operations role\nHands-on experience administering enterprise software platforms (ERP, procurement, expense management, or payment systems)\nStrong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate appropriately\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance\nProficiency with Windows and/or Linux operating systems\nAbility to work with structured data, SQL databases, and system logs\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems\nExperience administering workflow automation or business process management (BPM) software\nFamiliarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems such as Ariba, Xflow, Concur, or Tipalti\nExperience with API integrations or data synchronization between multiple systems\nKnowledge of SOD compliance, audit logging, and RBAC (role-based access control) concepts\nExperience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or system implementations\nCertification in relevant systems administration or IT fundamentals\nUnderstanding of accounts payable, procurement, or finance operations\nWhat We're Looking For\nA self-starter who takes ownership of technical issues and sees them through to resolution\nSomeone comfortable learning new systems quickly and adapting to a fast-paced operations environment\nA collaborative team player who communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders\nAn individual who values accuracy, follows documented procedures, and maintains strong audit trails\nSomeone with a growth mindset who is eager to deepen technical and domain expertise\nSalary range: $60,000 - $70,000\nFSLA status: Non-exempt\nThis position is classified as remote but is tied to our New York, NY office located at 120 Broadway.
