This role requires both strategic planning and operational execution, with close collaboration across departments to maximize grant deliverables.\nResponsibilities\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nAssemble internal budget workbooks as needed, familiar with cost estimates, and justifications for proposals.\nEnsure all award documents meet compliance and policy standards.\nOversee all administrative and financial aspects of awarded grants, including support contract performance tracking and compliance monitoring.\nPrepare, take ownership and manage contract documents such as subcontracts, consultant agreements, and amendments.\nCoordinate with program, finance, and legal teams to ensure grant terms and organizational policies are met.\nAnalyze, resolve, and execute winning solutions collaborating with applicable parties or resources for program contract issues or discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate records and catalogs of all grant-related documents, including financial details and compliance reports.\nUnderstand grant project progress, deliverables, and milestones in line with contract expectations.\nManage contract discrepancies promptly with effective resolution. \nEnsure adherence to all grant agreements, MOUs, and regulatory requirements maintaining full compliance.\nMaintain professional relationships with grantmaking organizations and stakeholders.\nProvide training and guidance to staff on grant and contract management processes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance service delivery.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRemote Position\nNoMin Compensation\nUSD $70.00/Yr.Max Compensation\nUSD $80,000.00/Yr.Qualifications\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nProven experience in nonprofit grant management and contract administration.\nStrong knowledge of grant writing, budgeting, and financial reporting.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.\nSolid understanding of compliance requirements for federal, state, and private funders.\nAbility to quickly learn projects and seeks clarification on project activities as needed.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software such as Adobe.\nStrong relationship building skills working with internal and external partners.\nContract experience with working with legal entities.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or accounting with 3 plus years working in a non-for-profit setting.\nExperience in Grant management and working with legal contract resolutions.\nExperience managing contracts using effective tracking software to accurately share data as needed.\nPhysical Requirements:\nWorking conditions are typical for an office environment.\nProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.\nOffice hours Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and have flexibility in availability to support occasional activities outside of regular business hours.\nMust be able to successfully pass a background check.\nValid driver’s license\nCompany Website\nhttps://www.macny.org/\nCompany Profile\nThe Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) association representing over 300 businesses and organizations across Central and Upstate New York.
