In this role, you will manage primary documentation, oversee monthly closing accruals, and ensure complete accounting accuracy. ensure compliance with signed supporting contracts and internal policies.\n\nProcess and post primary financial documentation accurately into the ODOO ERP system.\n\nMaintain the tracking list of unsubmitted invoices and follow up with vendors and managers.\n\nHandle month-end closing processes, including preparing and posting necessary accruals.\n\nEnsure clear communication with international stakeholders for timely document collection.\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks.\n\nSkills you’ll need to bring:\nAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting or a closely related financial function.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field.\n\nPractical understanding of core financial accounting standards, accrual accounting principles, and month-end closing procedures.\n\nHands-on experience with ERP systems (ODOO, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, etc.).\n\nUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English for reading contracts and vendor communication.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).\n\nHigh attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage large task volumes independently.\n\nAs a plus:\nBackground in an IT product company and/or the Big 4 companies.\n\nExperience with or confidence in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up workflows.\n\nBasic understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
