In this role, you’ll help shape our global tax framework, manage cross-border complexities, and turn structured financial data into clear insights that support decision-making at scale.\nIf you’re someone who combines deep tax expertise with a structured mindset, strong ownership, and a drive to improve processes, we’d love to meet you.\nIn this role, you will:\nShape and evolve MacPaw’s Global Tax Policy, ensuring smart worldwide tax position while maintaining rigorous compliance.\n\nProactively identify tax risks across complex transactions, operational changes, and cross-border activities, and turn them into well-managed, structured solutions.\n\nPartner with external tax advisors and auditors across the Group to align on key tax matters and drive high-quality, timely outcomes.\n\nOversee Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure accuracy and alignment with global standards.\n\nPrepare and review Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) reports and other international tax documentation for Group entities.\n\nContribute to financial statements and audits by preparing accurate tax disclosures and reviewing Group financial reports from a tax perspective.\n\nBuild and maintain clear, insightful dashboards that translate complex tax and financial data into visual stories that support decision-making.\n\nDeliver ad hoc analytical reports by connecting data across multiple sources and uncovering meaningful insights.\n\nSkills you’ll need to bring:\n4+ years of experience in Taxation and International Accounting, preferably within a product IT company.\n\nStrong knowledge of international taxation with hands-on experience across multiple jurisdictions (US, UA, CY, UK).\n\nSolid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.\n\nProven experience working with large volumes of financial data and the ability to see patterns, risks, and opportunities within complexity.\n\nAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with confidence in building structured models and reports.\n\nHigh level of independence and ownership.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask across parallel priorities.\n\nAdvanced (С1) English and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.\n\nA Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.\n\nAs a plus:\nACCA, CPA, or relevant tax certifications (completed or in progress).\n\nExperience working in Big4 or other leading advisory firms.\n\nHands-on experience with Transfer Pricing documentation, Group Tax policies, and CFC reporting.\n\nExperience reviewing prior periods and managing open tax years in cooperation with external
