# Analyst/Associate - Corporate Development

The Corporate Development team within Macquarie Asset Management's Central Group operates as an internal M&A and strategic advisory team reporting directly to the Global Head of our business, and the Executive Committee. The team is responsible for driving our inorganic and strategic growth agenda globally, executing corporate transactions (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, seed capital investments, and platform lift-outs), leading strategic business reviews, and launching new capabilities and distribution channels. As a member of a lean, high-performing global team distributed across Sydney, Hong Kong, and New York, you will play an integral role across all phases of the corporate transaction lifecycle, from thesis generation, commercial evaluation, and financial modelling, through to transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and post-transaction integration.
