Macrae fosters a culture of continuous learning, encouraging team members to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and pursue professional growth.\nAbout This Role:\nThe Associate Knowledge Manager plays a crucial role in Macrae’s global knowledge management task force, supporting local recruiting teams in driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure the company’s collective intelligence is accurately and promptly entered into the database, making it accessible to recruiting teams worldwide. Additionally, the Associate Knowledge Manager oversees the maintenance of their local office’s equipment and inventory. They also support the local knowledge management team by drafting emails and documents, contributing to projects, and conducting research using both internal databases and external resources. A key aspect of this role is equipping recruiters, staff, and management with up-to-date system data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.\nThe primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:\n1. Recruiter & Team Support\nCollect information from Recruiters, Knowledge Managers, and Strategic Researchers via call notes, meeting notes, and emails for data-entry.\nWork with the local Knowledge Management team to ensure that Recruiters and Managers receive superior administrative support.\nAssist with research requests with the guidance of a Knowledge Manager, Strategic Researcher, or Recruiter.\nProvide support in scheduling client, recruiter, and candidate meetings, interviews, and video conferences as needed.\nManage the physical office’s needs including inventory, maintaining office equipment, and receiving phone calls for the local office.\n2.
