The role supports employees by resolving common technical issues, maintaining endpoint devices, and contributing to a stable and secure internal IT environment. This position focuses on operational IT support, user assistance, and basic infrastructure tasks. The roles serve as the primary contact point for internal users, supporting day-to-day IT needs while building technical skills and contributing to team projects and continuous service improvement\nJob Responsibilities\n Respond to and resolve basic internal IT support tickets.\nProvide user support in person, by phone, or via remote access.\nDiagnose issues related to computer software, peripherals, and hardware.\nRun software diagnostic tools and physically inspect hardware systems.\nGuide users through basic troubleshooting and problem-solving processes.\nProvide basic computer and system usage training to employees.\nInstall, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software, ensuring systems remain up to date.\nWrite and maintain basic training manuals and user documentation.\nSet up computers and IT access for new employees.\nSupport ongoing projects within IT Internal Services and other departments.\nAssist administrative teams with technical and non-IT technical issues when required.\nApply IT security and data privacy principles in daily work.\nCooperate with all internal departments and third-party providers.\nWork effectively under pressure and within an agile working environment.\nRequired Qualifications and experience\n1-2 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or similar role (or relevant internship experience)\nTechnical education background or equivalent practical experience\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments\nFamiliarity with endpoint management solutions such as Intune, MDM, and Microsoft Entra ID is an advantage\nUnderstanding of IT security and data privacy principles\nBasic knowledge of computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, network troubleshooting).
