The successful candidate will be responsible for performing hands on production activities in order to produce high quality composite materials in accordance with established specifications, drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow precise processes, and a commitment to producing consistent, high quality products.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAbility to read and understand company engineered drawings.\nSets up and operates production machinery, cutting equipment, saws and precision measuring tools.\nPrepares and ensures materials are used and handled appropriately.\nMeasures, marks, and cuts materials with precision\nEnsures finished product meets quality standards and specifications.\nKeeps track of supply inventory.\nAssist with packaging and labeling finished products as needed.\nMaintains clean and safe work area.\nPerforms routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance ensuring cutting tools and machinery are in safe working condition.\nAssists in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.\nProvides assistance to other team members as needed.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience.\nSkills/Abilities: \nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to detail.\nExcellent mechanical background.\nProficient at the use of templates.\nAbility to operate multiple types of hand tools and precision measuring tools.\nDemonstrated ability to use a tile cutting saw.\nAbility to work well independently and with a team.\nAbility to wear required PPE.\nAble to lift up to 60 lbs.\nMust be able to stand for 8 hours a day.\nIn addition to excellent career growth opportunities, MACRO offers a wide array of benefits including insurance (medical, dental, vision), company paid life insurance (basic life and AD&D), paid holidays, and paid vacation.About Us:\nMACRO Industries, Inc. is a 100% Employee-Owned Company.
