We're fortunate to be supported by the best VC firms and angels in the business, including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Thrive Capital, Google Ventures, and Adverb.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems and workflows that power how Macroscope finds, sells to, and supports customers.\nYou'll work at the intersection of sales, customer success, engineering, and product. Your job is to identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and build scalable systems that help our team move faster.\nYou'll own large parts of our go-to-market infrastructure, including CRM architecture, lead routing, enrichment, onboarding workflows, reporting, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations.\nWe're a small team, so you'll have significant ownership from day one. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, sales, and customer success to solve problems across the company. The systems you build will directly influence how we grow.\nWe're looking for someone who loves building. Someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it. Someone who experiments with new AI tools because they're genuinely curious about what's possible.\nQualifications\nExperience building operational systems, automations, or internal tools\n\nComfortable working with APIs and integrating systems together\n\nExperience writing code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or similar languages is a strong plus\n\nEarly adopter of emerging AI technologies with a track record of practical implementation\n\nExperience evaluating and implementing new AI tools\n\nAI-native operator who instinctively looks for opportunities to leverage automation, agents, and generative AI to achieve better outcomes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience at an early-stage startup\n\nExperience with modern GTM tooling and enrichment platforms\n\nBackground in software engineering, data engineering, revenue operations, or technical operations\n\nExperience building AI-powered internal tools or workflows\n\nExperience working in B2B SaaS or developer tools\n\nExperience supporting technical sales or customer-facing teams\n\nThe base pay for the GTM position ranges from $120/year to $250/year. Pay is based on several factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\nAbout you\nYou are extremely high agency. We are a small startup and we intend to keep an extremely flat organizational structure for as long as possible. Instead of relying on people managers, product managers and heavy processes, we rely on exceptionally talented individuals with high agency to be self-motivated towards contributing to our mission.\n\nYou want to work at an early stage startup.
