Every task you complete contributes to on-time delivery and excellent service, making a real impact on our customers and your colleagues.\nFull-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here.\nWhat You Will Do\nReceiving and Unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from and to delivery trucks, conveyor systems, etc.\n\nSorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis\n\nProcessing: Timely Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards\n\nTechnology: Accurately and efficiently input data using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).\n\nSafety: Perform job functions in a safe manner and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards affecting safe operation to the safety committee.\n\nStart your shift strong by wearing your name badge, following dress code, attending start-ups, knowing who’s supporting you, checking that your work area is ready, and staying informed on daily goals.\n\nPrioritize the Customer by getting to your department quickly, working with speed and accuracy, handling merchandise with care, and packing each customer’s package thoughtfully and neatly.\n\nHospitality is a feeling-it starts with you.
