You’ll work closely with designers and product managers, write tests to cover your code, and actively use AI tools in your daily work. \n\nFrontend Developer What you will do:\nDevelop and maintain web applications using React or Vue.\nBuild reusable and maintainable frontend components.\nWork closely with designers and product managers to turn product requirements and designs into effective UI solutions.\nWrite and maintain unit and E2E tests covering critical application scenarios.\nReview tests generated with AI tools, identify gaps, and improve them manually when necessary.\nUse AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar solutions for development, refactoring, debugging, and test creation.\nTake responsibility for frontend code quality and continuously look for ways to improve it.\nContribute to improving usability, consistency, and overall user experience.\nParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to frontend architecture and implementation decisions.\n Requirements:\n3+ years of commercial experience developing production applications with React or Vue.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.\nHands-on experience writing unit and E2E tests using tools such as Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.\nUnderstanding of how to assess whether tests adequately cover the behavior and risks of an application.\nExperience reviewing and improving tests generated with AI tools.\nOpenness to exploring new AI-assisted approaches to software development.\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work.\nAbility to work effectively with designers and product managers.\nLanguage Proficiency: English at B2-C1 level, Russian at B2 level.\n Additional experience we value:\nPrevious experience in UI/UX design or close collaboration with UI/UX designers.\nUnderstanding of modern design systems and component-based architecture.\nExperience building and maintaining reusable component libraries.\nUnderstanding of web accessibility principles.\nExperience creating responsive interfaces for different devices and screen sizes.\nFamiliarity with modern frontend development practices and tools.\nWhy join us:\nAt Mad Devs, you will join a company that values creativity, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
