This role prepares, submits, and tracks concept and print-on-demand (POD) submissions.\nSubmission Coordinators are assigned to specific licenses while operating within a flexible model that allows for cross-support as submission volume and business needs require.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPrepare and submit concept and pre-production materials for retail licensing approvals.\nExecute print-on-demand (POD) submissions for the ecommerce division.\nProcess submissions across all stages prior to final production in alignment with established priorities.\nTrack submission and approval statuses and update internal systems accurately.\nFollow licensor guidelines, submission requirements, and internal SOPs when preparing materials.\nCommunicate submission progress, feedback received, and outstanding needs to the Licensing Trafficker.\nSupport revisions, resubmissions, and rush submissions as directed.\nPerform work across multiple software applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.\nIdentify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and take corrective action prior to submission.\nFlex across licenses and teams to support workload surges, coverage needs, or physical sample processing.\nParticipate in team meetings, training, and process improvement discussions.\nMaintain a collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to work.\nMinimum Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage assigned tasks efficiently within defined timelines.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to learn and follow established workflows and submission standards.\nWorking Conditions\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment\nOffice with open floor plan\nBusiness casual office attire\nWork is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building\nPhysical Requirements\nSit, stand, bend, lift occasionally lifting\nOccasionally lift up to 25 pounds\nView and type on computer screens for long periods of time\nDirect Reports\nN/A\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
