Working collaboratively with warehouse leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, HR, and Finance, this position ensures accurate inventory transactions, effective cycle count programs, workforce development, and compliance with company standards. The role fosters a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable inventory integrity and scalable warehouse operations.\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nPlan daily/weekly/monthly distribution center operational needs and hold meetings with warehouse leads/material handlers as well as meetings with appropriate management to discuss/plan facility needs.\nSet guidelines, metrics, goals and rules for team and facility to be executed by the supervisor and team leads.\nReview and maintain productivity logs to ensure SLAs are being met. \n Analyze data and design new/revised processes to further continuous improvements in all departments.\nEnsure warehouse leads provide training to team as needed and work with HR to keep up with staffing needs and disciplinary actions for the facility.\nWork with warehouse leads to ensure orientation and training of new employees, enforce safe work practices, and investigate workplace accidents to ensure all employees are working according to company standards.\nRespond to various requests for information from external teams and vendors to gather and provide accurate information back to requestor in a timely manner.\nWork with internal and external teams to investigate and report findings for vendor \nMaintain inventory controls by ensuring all inventory transactions are recorded and triggering necessary cycle counts.\nMaintains quality of service by following organization standards, especially focused on INVENTORY ACCURACY.\nCommunicates with internal and external teams to obtain information necessary for the operation.\nProvide analysis and planning to maximize capacity of storage and processing of inventory through the warehouse.\nAnalyze equipment needs and communicate to management.\nReview and approve vendor invoices in a timely manner for Finance team.\nOther duties assigned as needed.\nQualifications:\nAt least 4 years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor\nProven experience maintaining inventory accuracy by way of process adherence and continuous improvement.\nDirect to consumer order fulfillment experience is preferred.\nTextile/Fashion/Print On Demand Experience is a plus.\nAbility to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment.\nExperience with WMS & RF tools REQUIRED.\nExperience with ERP systems is a plus.
