You will develop and implement quality strategies, processes, and tools that drive efficiency and accuracy in testing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role will play a critical part in delivering reliable, innovative solutions to our retail and restaurant partners. This position is based in Tampa, FL.\nIn this role you will:\nLead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.\nDevelop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards to improve product quality and efficiency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.\nUtilize AI technologies and methodologies to enhance QA processes, including automated testing, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection.\nIdentify and implement AI use cases within the QA department to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.\nOversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.\nMonitor and report on QA metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and test execution progress.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\nStay informed about advancements in AI and machine learning as they relate to software testing.\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a SaaS company.\nStrong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in QA processes.\nProven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.\nExcellent leadership and team management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nYou may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with AI-driven testing tools and platforms.\nKnowledge of industry standards and best practices in QA for SaaS products.\nOur core values:\nCustomer - WE believe that our customers deserve the best from us every day.\nAccountability - WE take ownership and make things happen.\nTeamwork - WE win as a team and have fun doing it.\nInnovation - WE innovate, inspire, and ignite the future!\nIntegrity - WE are honest, ethical, and trustworthy.\nWhat about the benefits you ask?\nAt Mad Mobile, we're committed to taking care of our employees right from the start.
