The role focuses on fleet acquisition, onboarding, retention, pricing, capacity planning, supplier coordination, and payment follow-ups, while working closely with sourcing and dispatch teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFleet Management & Capacity\nManage fleet capacity to meet operational demand and fulfillment requirements.\nEnsure availability of vehicles and transport partners for daily operations.\nMonitor fleet performance and utilization to avoid shortages or excess capacity.\nSupport supplier tiering and classification based on performance and reliability.\nAcquisition, Onboarding & Retention\nAcquire and onboard new fleet suppliers and transport partners.\nManage fleet reactivation for inactive or underutilized suppliers.\nMaintain strong relationships to improve retention and long-term engagement.\nCoordinate contracting and documentation with fleet suppliers.\nPricing, Margins & Commercials\nSupport pricing discussions with fleet suppliers to ensure competitive rates.\nMonitor margins and cost structures related to fleet operations.\nAlign pricing with sourcing and operations strategy.\nOperations Coordination\nCoordinate closely with sourcing, dispatching, and fulfillment teams.\nSupport dispatching activities to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.\nTrack fleet execution and ensure adherence to SLAs and operational timelines.\nContribute to on-time delivery performance.\nPayments & Documentations\nFollow up on fleet supplier payments and resolve payment-related issues.\nEnsure timely collection and submission of required documents.\nCoordinate soft copy submissions within 24 hours and hard copy submissions within defined timelines.\nEnsure documentation is complete, stamped, and compliant with internal requirements\nRequirements\n· 5+ years of experience in freight logistics, transportation, fleet management, supply acquisition or marketplace operations.\n· Strong understanding of the Saudi freight market, truck types, key lanes, market pricing and capacity dynamics; an established transporter network is highly preferred.\n· Proven ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms and capacity commitments with transport suppliers.\n· Strong operational and commercial mindset with experience managing fulfillment, supplier performance and profitability.\n· Data-driven and comfortable managing performance through dashboards and KPIs.\n· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
