We’re looking for a talented Art Director to join our team and elevate the visual experience of our apps and all related marketing campaigns.\nRole Overview:\nAs our Art Director, you will lead the graphic design and creative production teams across both static and motion visuals. Your role will extend beyond traditional design to include video direction, motion graphics supervision, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance the speed and quality of creative output. You’ll guide a team of designers, motion artists, and editors to produce compelling visuals that strengthen our brand identity and elevate our advertising campaigns.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreative & Strategic Leadership\nLead, mentor, and inspire the graphic design and motion graphics teams to develop original and impactful concepts.\n\nDefine and maintain the artistic direction for static designs, video content, and motion graphics.\n\nVideo & Motion Graphics Direction\nOversee the production of promotional videos, explainers, animations, and social media motion graphics.\n\nProvide hands-on direction in video editing, storyboarding, shot composition, and motion design.\n\nEnsure high-quality output and consistency in all video-related assets.\n\nTechnical Mastery\nUtilize advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics tools to guide the team and review their work.\n\nImplement best practices in animation, transitions, timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling.\n\nAI-Powered Creative Production\nIntegrate AI tools into workflows (e.g., Runway, Kaiber, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate video creation, concept generation, and scene enhancement.\n\nTrain the team on using AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand identity.\n\nCampaign Management\nLead the creation and execution of advertising campaigns—static and video—ensuring visuals align with the marketing strategy.\n\nCollaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure digital assets drive engagement and conversions.\n\nBrand Guardianship\nMaintain and evolve our apps' visual identity across all platforms.\n\nEnsure consistency across static designs, videos, animations, and interactive assets.\n\nTeam Development & Quality Control\nConduct structured reviews, critique sessions, and performance feedback to elevate the creative output.\n\nBuild templates, guidelines, and workflows that improve speed and maintain quality standards.\n\nTrend & Market Awareness\nStay up-to-date with global design, motion graphics, UI trends, and video advertising trends.\n\nMonitor competitors and extract visual insights that can be implemented or improved upon.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For:\nExperience\nProven experience as an Art Director, Senior Motion Designer, or Creative Lead in mobile apps, digital advertising, or tech environments.\nPortfolio\nA strong portfolio showcasing:\nGraphic design\n\nAdvertising campaigns\n\nMotion graphics\n\nVideo editing and direction\n\nAI-enhanced creative work (optional but highly valued)\n\nTechnical Skills\nMastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially:\nAfter Effects\n\nPremiere Pro\n\nPhotoshop & Illustrator\n\nKnowledge of Figma is a plus.\n\nStrong command of motion principles, compositing, typography in motion, VFX basics, and animation storytelling.\n\nExperience using AI tools in design/video workflows.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nProven leadership skills with the ability to guide a multi-disciplinary creative team.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative
