You'll work with stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, shape the options for change, and give teams the evidence they need to make good decisions.\nYou'll work with a high degree of autonomy, and you'll often be the only Business Analyst on a delivery. That means taking ownership of business analysis from discovery through to implementation: investigating the problem, understanding the policy, process and technology context, defining clear and evidence-based requirements, and staying involved as solutions are designed, built and adopted.\nYou'll be the person who brings clarity. You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level, translate between business and technical audiences, and use your judgement to choose an approach that's proportionate to the problem in front of you, whether the delivery is Agile, iterative or predictive.\nBeyond your engagement, you'll be an active member of our Business Analysis Community of Practice, sharing what you've learned, coaching colleagues, and helping to grow our analysis capability across Made Tech and with our clients.\nInvestigate business problems, operational needs and opportunities, and recommend analysis and feasibility assessments, and communicate the benefits, impacts and trade-offs of proposed approaches so decisions are well informed\nModel business processes, systems and data to build a and communicate complex business problems and opportunities, and provide expert advice that informs both immediate decisions and longer-term plans\nConfident in requirements definition and management: establishing requirement lifecycles, maintaining traceability, and keeping requirements clear, prioritised and aligned to business objectives\nSkilled in business process and systems analysis: modelling how processes, systems, data and people interact to identify gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement\nAble to identify opportunities to improve business performance, and to design and evaluate business process and usability testing\nA credible advisor to client stakeholders, able to tailor communication to different audiences and make complex information clear\nAble to engage and influence stakeholders to build consensus, manage expectations and support informed decision making\nExperienced in Agile and iterative delivery, and able to recommend and champion the delivery approach that best suits business, user and delivery needs\nCommitted to your own development, and generous with your knowledge: sharing approaches and good practice, and supporting the development of others\nExperience working in or with the UK public sector\nExperience contributing to business analysis standards, methods, templates or guidance\nExperience mentoring or coaching
