incidents\nTroubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across technical teams\nSupport application migration activities where required\nSupport environment preparation and configuration\nParticipate in controlled production changes\nSupport incident, problem, change, release and configuration management processes\nAnalyse application logs and technical information\nWork with databases where required for operational investigation\nUse scripting to automate selected repetitive operational activities\nMaintain operational and technical documentation\nCooperate with application, Linux, middleware, infrastructure and security teams\nRequirements\nCommercial experience inApplication Operations, Application Administration or Application Support\nExperience supporting enterprise production applications\nStrong understanding of structured IT operational processes\nExperience working within large corporate organisations\nKnowledge ofPL SQL or T SQL\nScripting capability using at least one ofPowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python or Perl\nExperience troubleshooting application environments\nUnderstanding of application infrastructure\nExperience with incident and problem management\nExperience with change and release processes\nFluent Polish and English\nNice to have\nPayments experience\nBanking or financial services experience\nHigh volume transactional
