This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful solutions while working in a\nhybrid model with a modern office location in Warsaw.\nResponsibilities:\nCooperate with business and IT teams to analyse and define functional requirements for leasingand finance applications\n\nPrepare system documentation (BPMN, UML, use cases)\nConduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities\nCollaborate with developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle\nAssist in defining integration flows between internal systems and third-party services\nEnsure consistency between business requirements and technical implementation\nSupport UAT and coordinate defect resolution with the team\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar business/system analyst role \nStrong knowledge of business process modelling and system design \nPractical experience using UML, BPMN, and CASE tools \nSolid SQL skills (data queries, joins, basic analysis) \nAbility to analyse service documentation (REST, SOAP) \nStrong documentation and communication skills \nFluent Polish and good English (min.
