business, tax, and technology teams, with strong focus on requirements analysis, process modelling, data validation, integrations, and structured documentation.\nResponsibilities\nGather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from tax, finance, and technology stakeholders\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation\nModel business and system processes usingBPMN and UML\nAnalyse data flows, validation logic, approval workflows, reporting outputs, and integration dependencies\nUseSQL to support data analysis, validation, issue investigation, and reporting logic verification\nSupport API and integration analysis, including mapping source systems, target structures, and business rules\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery coordination\nCoordinate communication between business users, tax experts, developers, QA, and delivery managers\nSupport tracking of actions, dependencies, blockers, and project timelines\nHelp organise workshops, status updates, and project documentation activities\nSupport testing activities including UAT preparation, defect clarification, and business validation\nMaintain process maps, workflow descriptions, data mappings, and requirement documentation\nIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies across business and technical areas\nRequirements\nExperience as aBusiness Analyst, System Analyst, Technical BA, PMO Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, or Project Coordinator in technology projects\nStrong ability to analyse business processes and translate them into structured business and system requirements\nPractical experience withUML and BPMN\nGood knowledge ofSQL for data validation, analysis, and support of testing activities\nExperience working with enterprise applications, reporting systems, workflow platforms, or data driven solutions\nGood understanding of integrations, data flows, validation rules, and business logic\nAbility to prepare clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and system documentation\nExperience supporting delivery coordination or project tracking activities\nExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nVery good English communication skills\nNice to have\nExperience in finance, tax, accounting, banking, insurance, or regulatory reporting\nUnderstanding of ERP systems, financial data structures, or compliance processes\nExposure to tax reporting areas such as VAT, CIT, WHT, SAF T, or similar\nBasic knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, or system integration concepts\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Draw.io,
