You will build and lead a world-class technology organisation, modernise enterprise platforms, strengthen operational resilience, and ensure technology becomes a sustainable competitive advantage.\nWorking closely with the executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, enabling innovation, and supporting international expansion. \nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute the enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business objectives.\nLead all core technology functions, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Service Management, and End User Services.\nBuild, lead, and develop high-performing technology organisations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nDrive enterprise-wide digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.\nEnsure the availability, scalability, resilience, and security of all technology platforms supporting mission-critical business operations.\nPartner closely with executive stakeholders to ensure technology investments directly support commercial growth and customer experience.\nOversee IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.\nBuild and strengthen leadership capability across the IT organisation through coaching, succession planning, and organisational development.\nRequirements\n12+ years of professional experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role (CIO, IT Director, VP of IT, or equivalent).\nProven experience leading large-scale technology organisations with a minimum of 100 IT professionals across multiple functions.\nMandatory experience within the FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking Technology, eCommerce, Online Marketplace, or other high-volume digital transaction environments.\nStrong understanding of highly available, customer-facing technology ecosystems supporting millions of users and business-critical platforms.\nStrong expertise across enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, IT operations, enterprise applications, and modern technology platforms.\nDemonstrated success in delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation, cloud migration, organisational change, and technology modernisation programmes.\nExperience establishing, scaling, or leading Technology Delivery Centres, Shared Service Centres, or Global Capability Centres (GCCs) is highly desirable.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.\nExceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.\nFluent English is required;
