clients\nDesign chatbot and voicebot conversation flows and user journeys\nPrepare conversation logic, prompts and process documentation\nConfigure Conversational AI platforms includingKore.ai, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs orZowie\nSupport API integrations between Conversational AI platforms and enterprise systems\nConfigure NLP models, intents, entities and dialogue management\nSupport text to speech and voice automation capabilities\nPerform functional, NLP and end to end solution testing\nIdentify issues, propose improvements and support successful implementation\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and client stakeholders\nPrepare solution documentation and implementation artefacts\nRequirements\nCommercial experience delivering chatbot, voicebot or Conversational AI projects\nPractical experience with at least one major Conversational AI platform such asKore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs orZowie\nStrong business requirements gathering and process analysis skills\nExperience designing conversation flows and automation logic\nUnderstanding of NLP concepts including intents, entities, training phrases and dialogue management\nBasic knowledge of APIs and system integrations\nExperience testing chatbot or automation solutions\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nFluent Polish and English\nNice to have\nExperience supporting German language projects\nExperience in customer service or call centre automation\nExperience with prompt engineering
