The programme focuses on embedding enterprise-grade GenAI capabilities into existing platforms and processes, with strong emphasis on scalability, reuse, and rapid delivery while maintaining architectural discipline.\nResponsibilities\nDesign end-to-end architectures for GenAI and LLM-based solutions across multiple use cases\nTranslate business and technical requirements into clear and scalable solution designs\nCollaborate closely with engineering and platform teams to guide implementation and reduce delivery risks\nCreate reusable architectural patterns including agents, pipelines, and orchestration layers\nSupport feasibility assessments, POCs, and MVP planning across multiple initiatives\nContribute to architectural governance and evolving platform standards\nParticipate in architecture discussions and guide teams on best practices for GenAI systems\nRequirements\n4 to 10 years of experience designing AI-powered or LLM-based systems\nStrong hands-on knowledge of GenAI architectures including RAG and vector databases\nExperience designing agentic workflows and orchestration patterns\nStrong Python background and familiarity with modern AI stacks\nMandatory experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph\nAbility to design modular, scalable architectures rather than monolithic systems\nExperience integrating multi-component solutions including data pipelines, APIs, AI services, and user interfaces\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams\nNice to have\nExperience working in enterprise-scale AI or digital transformation programmes\nExposure to platform engineering or reusable AI solution frameworks\nExperience supporting POCs and rapid MVP delivery in fast-paced
