The projects involve developing new IT solutions and modifying existing systems. The consultant will work with software developers, business teams and internal and external IT suppliers, coordinating project activities, monitoring delivery progress and ensuring that agreed tasks are completed according to project scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations. We need someone who can independently manage smaller projects or coordinate defined workstreams within larger IT initiatives.\nLocation: Poland, preferably Warsaw, Łódź or Bydgoszcz\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate IT projects and project activities.\nSupport the planning and execution of software development initiatives.\nMonitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables.\nWork directly with software developers and technical teams.\nCoordinate activities between business and IT stakeholders and support communication with IT suppliers.\nPrepare regular project status updates and maintain project plans and documentation.\nIdentify and report project risks and escalate issues affecting delivery.\nSupport project budget monitoring and financial documentation.\nRequirements\n2 to 3 years of relevant IT project management or coordination experience\nExperience working on software development or IT system modification projects\nExperience coordinating IT teams or developers\nUnderstanding of software development processes\nExperience managing project tasks, schedules and milestones\nExperience working with internal or external IT suppliers\nKnowledge of Agile or PRINCE2 project management methodologies\nAbility to prepare project documentation and status reports\nExperience identifying and escalating project risks\nGood communication and organisational skills\nAbility to work independently on smaller IT projects\nHigher education in IT, Management, Economics or a related field\nNice to have\nExperience in banking, insurance or financial services\nExperience with financial transaction systems\nUnderstanding of multichannel transaction processing\nExperience with Jira, Confluence or MS Project\nPRINCE2 or Agile certification\nExperience coordinating external IT suppliers\nPractical use of AI tools for project documentation, reporting or information analysis\nUnderstanding of information security when using
