outcomes for our clients.\nYour Responsibilities\nLeading and developing a team of IT Recruiters, setting clear performance expectations and supporting their professional growth\nManaging end to end recruitment processes for IT and technology consulting positions\nDriving team delivery against recruitment targets, KPIs, and client SLAs\nMonitoring recruitment pipelines, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency across all assignments\nCoaching recruiters on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and negotiation techniques\nBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers, sales teams, and delivery managers to understand business priorities\nSupporting strategic workforce planning and recruitment forecasting\nPersonally managing senior and business critical recruitment processes when required\nDeveloping innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities, and other recruitment channels\nEnsuring accurate ATS management, reporting, and recruitment process compliance\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment operations, processes, and tools\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in IT recruitment\nPrevious experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating recruitment teams\nStrong understanding of modern technology stacks including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity\nProven track record delivering recruitment projects within consulting, staffing, outsourcing, or technology environments\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs\nExperience working with ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar\nFluent Polish and English\nStrong organisational, leadership, and decision making abilities\nProactive, results driven, and highly accountable approach\nNice to Have\nExperience recruiting for AI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning,
