working closely with IT and Security teams.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor security alerts from SIEM systems \nMonitor EDR / XDR alerts \nSupport DLP security processes \nPerform initial analysis of security events and incidents \nClassify and prioritise security incidents \nRegister, categorise and escalate security tickets \nMonitor open security tickets and their resolution \nAnalyse DLP policy violations \nSupport incident handling processes \nCooperate with IT teams and business owners \nCooperate with other members of the Security team \nWork according to security procedures and regulatory requirements \nParticipate in operational on-call duties according to the agreed schedule \nHandle selected incidents outside standard working hours when scheduled\nRequirements\n0-2 years experience in IT Service Desk, IT Administration, SOC or Cybersecurity \nBasic cybersecurity knowledge \nBasic computer networking knowledge \nMicrosoft Windows \nLinux fundamentals \nActive Directory fundamentals \nBasic information security knowledge \nAbility to analyse security events and alerts \nUnderstanding of incident and ticket handling \nAbility to follow procedures \nEnglish minimum B1,
