advisory)\nBuild ETL pipelines from Microsoft Fabric into graph structures such as Neo4j or GraphRAG\nDefine nodes, relationships, metadata rules, and reasoning layers for precise retrieval\nOptimise graph performance, indexing, and query execution at scale\nImplement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of semantic structures\nCollaborate with business experts to refine concepts and maintain domain correctness\nIntegrate the knowledge graph with Copilot retrieval flows and agent reasoning logic\nMaintain an evolving semantic map aligned with real organisational processes\nRequirements\nStrong experience with semantic modelling, ontology design, and knowledge representation\nHands-on experience with graph databases and graph-based retrieval methods\nSolid engineering background across ETL development and data transformation\nAbility to convert complex business logic into formalised graph structures\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with domain experts\nTechnical experience with:\nNeo4j, GraphRAG, RDF-based graph systems\nMicrosoft Fabric, Spark, and modern ETL tooling\n Python or TypeScript for ingestion and transformation\nVector-enabled retrieval frameworks and hybrid search strategies\nAzure-based data services and enterprise integration patterns\nRelevant certifications such as:\nMicrosoft Azure Data
