transformations and backend processing\nWrite and execute SQL queries to verify data and investigate issues\nTest REST and SOAP APIs\nAnalyse application logs and database records to identify defects and root causes\nPrepare and maintain test documentation, scenarios and reports\nWork closely with developers, analysts and Product Owners\nTrack and manage defects using Jira or similar tools\nParticipate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and PI Planning\nSupport continuous improvement of QA processes\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Manual Tester or QA Engineer\nStrong SQL knowledge, including complex queries, JOINs, subqueries and GROUP BY\nExperience testing backend or data driven applications\nExperience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL or MySQL\nExperience testing REST and SOAP APIs\nAbility to analyse business and technical requirements\nExperience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar QA tools\nStrong test documentation skills\nGood understanding of manual testing techniques and defect lifecycle\nExperience working in Agile and Scrum environments\nGood English communication
