The role focuses on customising and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365, developing solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and implementing API-based integrations with internal enterprise systems. The developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure high-quality delivery through testing, documentation, and Agile development practices.\nResponsibilities\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Development:\nDevelop and customize functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into working solutions.\nDevelop extensions, workflows and automations.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\nSystem Integration:\nDesign and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.\nDevelop and optimize API-based integrations.\nMonitor existing integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.\nTechnical Analysis & Quality Assurance:\nPrepare technical specifications and implementation documentation.\nSupport effort estimations and sprint planning.\nPerform testing and support releases and deployments.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and development best practices.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Solution Architects.\nParticipate in agile development processes.\nCommunicate regularly with technical and business stakeholders.\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including one or more of the following modules:\nDynamics 365 Project Operations\nDynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)\nDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)\nDynamics 365 Project Service Automation (PSA)\nDynamics 365 Field Service\nDynamics 365 Customer Service\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:\nPower Apps\nPower Automate\nDataverse\nProven experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration and integration.\nVery good knowledge of C# and .NET.\nStrong JavaScript / TypeScript skills for Dynamics 365 extensions.\nExperience preparing technical specifications and documentation.\nEnglish and German at C1 level.\nNice to have\nExperience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems.\nExperience with API-based integrations.\nKnowledge of CI/CD processes.\nExperience with Azure DevOps.\nExperience working in the energy or utilities sector.\nSoft Skills\nAbility to translate business requirements into
