The role focuses on coordinating several connected projects and workstreams across business and technology functions to ensure that product development, technical delivery, operational readiness and commercial launch activities are aligned. The Programme Manager will work with Product Management, Software Engineering, Technical Programme Managers, Merchant Boarding and Billing, Go to Market teams, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance and Regulatory teams, and external vendors and partners to ensure all teams work towards the same programme objectives and deliver their commitments according to the agreed plan.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain integrated programme delivery plans.\nCoordinate multiple projects and workstreams across technical and business functions.\nCoordinate product development with operational and commercial readiness.\nSupport product launch planning and milestone reviews.\nWork with Technical Programme Managers and Project Managers responsible for individual workstreams.\nIdentify programme risks, issues and blockers, and track critical path activities.\nPrepare programme status reports and dashboards, and organise governance meetings.\nIdentify opportunities to improve programme delivery processes.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of relevant programme, project or delivery management experience\nGenuine Programme Management experience\nExperience coordinating several projects or delivery workstreams simultaneously\nExperience managing cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business teams\nStrong programme planning and execution skills\nExperience managing dependencies between different teams\nExperience with programme governance and reporting\nStrong risk, issue and milestone management\nExperience working with software engineering and product teams\nUnderstanding of software product delivery\nExperience supporting product releases or launch activities\nAbility to influence stakeholders without direct management authority\nStrong communication with senior business and technical stakeholders\nExperience working in international or distributed organisations\nFluent English\nFlexibility to support US teams (occasionally available until 19:00 Polish time)\nNice to have\nPayments or fintech experience\nPoint of Sale technology\nMerchant acquiring or payment acceptance platforms\nRetail or hospitality technology\nSaaS product delivery\nKnowledge of merchant onboarding and billing systems\nExperience with large enterprise technology programmes\nAgile software delivery experience and
