matrices, and risk registers\n\nCoordinate distributed teams across Europe, the US, and APAC\n\nCollaborate with architecture, operations, and product teams to align technical roadmaps\n\nFacilitate workshops, stand-ups, and retrospectives across remote teams\n\nPrepare progress and financial reports for senior leadership\n\nEnsure alignment with PMO standards, compliance, and governance frameworks\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (payments, fintech, or banking preferred)\n\nProven record managing international or distributed teams\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder management\n\nUnderstanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies\n\nExperience with Project Charters, RAID logs, and RACI matrices\n\nAbility to manage medium-to-large projects (100k-1M PLN)\n\nExcellent English (C1 level, written and spoken)\n\nComfortable working 13:00-22:00 to align with US stakeholders\n\nHands-on, self-sufficient approach with ability to perform PMO-level tasks\n\nNice to have\nExperience with transaction processing, acquiring, or settlement systems\n\nFamiliarity with
