experiences.\nResponsibilities\nNative Android Development:\nDevelop and maintain a native Android application using Kotlin.\nImplement new functionalities and improve existing application components.\nWork with Jetpack Compose and/or Android Views.\nEnsure application stability, performance and code quality.\nAccessibility Implementation:\nImplement and optimize accessibility features in native Android applications.\nEnsure compatibility with TalkBack.\nWork with Android Accessibility APIs and Compose Semantics.\nImplement and configure content descriptions, roles and states.\nManage accessibility focus and navigation.\nSupport scalable text and accessible font sizes.\nOptimize touch targets for accessibility.\nEnsure accessible navigation throughout the application.\nAccessibility Testing & Quality Assurance:\nPerform accessibility testing, particularly using TalkBack.\nIdentify and resolve accessibility-related issues.\nValidate implemented solutions against relevant accessibility standards.\nSupport compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in native Android development.\nVery strong practical knowledge of Kotlin.\nCommercial experience with Jetpack Compose and/or Android Views.\nExtensive hands-on experience implementing accessibility in native Android applications.\nStrong practical experience with TalkBack.\nExperience with Android Accessibility APIs / Compose Semantics.\nExperience implementing:\nContent Descriptions\nAccessibility Roles\nAccessibility States\nAccessibility Focus Management\nExperience with scalable text and accessible font sizes.\nExperience optimizing touch targets and accessible navigation.\nPractical
