experiences.\nResponsibilities\nNative iOS Development:\nDevelop and maintain a native iOS application using Swift.\nImplement new functionalities and improve existing application components.\nWork with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.\nEnsure application stability, performance and code quality.\nAccessibility Implementation:\nImplement and optimize accessibility features in native iOS applications.\nEnsure compatibility with VoiceOver.\nWork with iOS Accessibility APIs and SwiftUI Accessibility.\nImplement Dynamic Type and support scalable font sizes.\nConfigure accessibility labels, traits, values and actions.\nImplement and optimize accessibility focus management.\nImprove navigation and usability for users with disabilities.\nAccessibility Testing & Quality Assurance:\nPerform accessibility testing, particularly using VoiceOver.\nIdentify and resolve accessibility-related issues.\nValidate implemented solutions against relevant accessibility standards.\nSupport compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in native iOS development.\nVery strong practical knowledge of Swift.\nCommercial experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.\nExtensive hands-on experience implementing accessibility in native iOS applications.\nStrong practical experience with VoiceOver.\nExperience with iOS Accessibility APIs / SwiftUI Accessibility.\nExperience implementing Dynamic Type and scalable font sizes.\nExperience with:\nAccessibility Labels\nAccessibility Traits\nAccessibility Values\nAccessibility Actions\nAccessibility Focus Management\nPractical experience in accessibility testing, particularly with VoiceOver.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards, ideally WCAG
