Gherkin scenarios and living documentation across Product, QA, and Development\nLead coaching and enablement activities such as workshops, reviews, playbooks, and guidelines\nCreate governance artefacts including templates, checklists, dashboards, and quality metrics\nSupport change management through office hours, feedback loops, and regular progress reporting\nEnsure sustainable adoption of standards rather than one-off improvements\nRequirements\nSenior-level background in software engineering, technical leadership, or engineering excellence roles\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and modern quality engineering practices\nProven success in upskilling teams and establishing PR-based quality gates\nPractical experience with pull request workflows in GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, static analysis, automated testing, and code quality tooling\nDemonstrated experience implementing BDD practices and coaching teams in their adoption\nExcellent communication and facilitation skillsNice to have\n\nPython experience in addition to Java\nGerman language skills (reading and writing level)\nExperience working in large-scale or
