applications and systems\nBuild APIs and system integrations\nIdentify business processes which can be automated using AI\nTranslate business requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria\nDevelop automated tests\nImplement monitoring for developed solutions\nBuild repeatable deployment processes\nEvaluate the quality and effectiveness of AI outputs\nOptimise performance and cost of AI solutions\nImplement security and data protection requirements\nDocument technical solutions and processes\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years software development experience\nStrong practical programming skills in at least one language: Python, C# or Java\nExperience designing and developing applications, services and APIs\nSystem integration experience\nDatabase experience\nAutomated testing\nAt least one real AI solution used by actual users\nClear personal contribution to the code and architecture of that AI solution\nPractical experience integrating existing AI models / LLMs into applications\nPractical use of AI tools or AI agents during software development\nAbility to validate AI-generated code rather than simply accepting generated output\nExperience using AI for requirements, development, testing or documentation\nUnderstanding of IT security and data protection\nAbility to analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities\nAbility to work
