You will lead design, development, integration, and optimisation of GenAI services across multiple business units.\nResponsibilities\nProvide technical leadership for Python-based GenAI services\nDesign backend architecture for LLM products including routing, retrieval, memory and evaluation flows\nBuild and optimise Python microservices exposing GenAI capabilities (FastAPI, Pydantic)\nDrive RAG pipeline design using LangChain and LangGraph\nDefine ingestion, chunking and embedding workflows for enterprise knowledge systems\nIntegrate vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)\nEstablish standards for prompt lifecycle management, token strategy, and model selection\nCollaborate with frontend and platform teams to ensure smooth API consumption\nLead evaluation cycles, latency reduction, and production-readiness measures\nPromote best practices in code quality, observability, DevOps, and cloud deployment\nRequirements\n6+ years of Python engineering experience with strong backend foundations\nProven commercial experience building GenAI or LLM-centric systems\nHands-on expertise with FastAPI, Pydantic, LangChain, LangGraph\nStrong understanding of embeddings, similarity search, and vector databases\nExperience running GenAI workloads in production environments\nAbility to lead engineers, make architectural decisions, and coordinate delivery\nEnglish at B2+ level for daily collaboration\nNice to have\nKnowledge of LangSmith, TruLens, or other evaluation frameworks\nExperience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or HuggingFace
