The role involves coordinating technical projects across engineering, product and architecture teams, including colleagues based in the United States. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that software initiatives are properly planned, technical dependencies are understood and delivery progresses according to agreed timelines and release cycles. The projects may involve application development, system integrations, APIs, software releases and improvements to existing technology platforms.\nLocation: Poland\nResponsibilities\nLead the execution of software development initiatives and define project scope, objectives and technical deliverables.\nPrepare delivery plans aligned with software release cycles.\nWork directly with software engineers, architects, QA and DevOps teams.\nCoordinate activities across the full SDLC, including development, testing, integration and deployment.\nIdentify dependencies between applications, systems and teams.\nIdentify technical and delivery risks early and coordinate actions required to resolve blockers.\nAct as the link between engineering, product and business stakeholders, including US engineering teams.\nCommunicate project progress, risks and dependencies and provide clear reporting on delivery status and milestones.\nRequirements\nStrong experience managing technical software projects\nExperience delivering initiatives across the full Software Development Lifecycle\nExperience working directly with software engineering teams\nGood understanding of software architecture and system integrations\nUnderstanding of APIs and dependencies between enterprise applications\nExperience coordinating development, testing and deployment activities\nAgile or hybrid project delivery experience\nStrong risk and dependency management\nExperience working with product and architecture teams\nExperience using Jira and similar project management tools\nUnderstanding of CI/CD and DevOps delivery practices\nExperience working with international or distributed teams\nStrong stakeholder communication and reporting skills\nAbility to manage complex technical initiatives independently\nStrong English\nFlexibility to support US teams, occasionally until 19:00 Polish time\nNice to have\nExperience in payments, fintech or banking\nExperience delivering payment technology applications\nExperience with large enterprise software platforms\nCloud technology knowledge, particularly AWS or Azure\nExperience with microservices and API integrations\nJira and Confluence\nPMP, Scrum Master or SAFe certification\nCloud, DevOps or software delivery certifications\nExperience coordinating several engineering teams
