Compliance:\nMonitor and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).\nIdentify and address revenue opportunities during client engagements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork with service desks, compliance, and project teams to support smooth release management.\nPrevent disruptions in client operations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.\nTechnical Support:\nProvide 24/7 first-line service desk support when required.\nOffer end-to-end technical assistance for assigned accounts.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field (Master’s preferred).\nExperience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (3-4 years preferred).\nTechnical Skills: Familiarity with financial services software and API tools like Postman.\nKnowledge of
